The honest version of how we are structured
We do not run our own laboratory. We do run the standards. RisenGem writes the quality and custody specifications, selects and audits the partner laboratory network we source from, and stands behind every finished stone with U.S. Client Care and a written quality guarantee. That independence is exactly why our trace timeline can be trusted—because the brand checking on production is not the same entity producing. We don't own the lab. We own the standards.

While elemental carbon burns off during cremation, there is still sufficient carbon found in the bone matter in ashes to be able to extract and grow multiple diamonds. If you have any concerns or simply love science, we can do a Total Carbon Analysis of your loved one's ashes upon request. RisenGem is the only memorial diamond company to offer third-party testing of ashes through accredited analytical chemistry labs.
