RisenGem charges are split into two Shopify Checkouts—a deposit when you place the order, and the balance after we confirm production with you. Real diamonds take real time: total time from completed deposit to insured delivery is typically about 10–12 weeks—growth, cutting, finishing, certification, and insured shipping across two continents, with milestone updates every step.
