Why we exist

RisenGem began with a private question that millions of grieving families ask every year: where does the love go? Cremation gives back ashes; ashes carry carbon; carbon can become a diamond. The science is real, the comfort is real, and so is our duty to be honest about how it is done. We are based in Colorado, United States, and we send memorial diamonds home to American families one careful order at a time.

Most memorial diamond brands quietly send your carbon to a single overseas growth lab—and never mention it. We do not believe that survives a moment of honest reading, so we lead with it.

Our brand experience, English-speaking Client Care, U.S. consumer protections, and the legal entity that sells you the diamond (Zyra Ltd, our Colorado limited liability company) are all anchored in the United States. Card statements, refund mechanics, and dispute escalation all live under U.S. law.

Zhengzhou, Henan, China — the growth laboratory itself

Your memorial diamond is grown in our partner laboratory network in Zhengzhou, Henan—the world’s largest hub for lab-grown diamond research and manufacturing. Decades of Chinese laboratory expertise are applied to your specific carbon source under written specifications agreed to before any custom work begins.

How we are different

Two-step Shopify Checkout that protects you. You pay a deposit at order; the balance is collected only after we have intake-checked your materials and confirmed production specs with you. You can pause, change your mind, or verify our work before substantial custom labor begins.
Insured shipping in both directions. Tracked, insured carriers for the inbound carbon source (where stated in your order materials) and for the outbound finished piece.
U.S.-based Client Care. English-speaking team, Mon–Fri 9 am – 6 pm Mountain Time, reachable by reply email or phone.
Independent grading on every finished stone. Certificate of authenticity ships with the diamond.
