Financing
RisenGem orders are paid in two Shopify Checkout steps—a deposit at order, and the balance after we confirm production with you. That two-step structure is RisenGem’s own. On either Shopify Checkout you may also see third-party financing plans (for example Affirm), which are offered by an outside lender, not by RisenGem.
Third-party installment schedules are set by your lender and are separate from RisenGem’s deposit + balance Shopify Checkouts and from memorial-diamond production time. Typical fulfillment is about 10–12 weeks from completed deposit—see Orders, shipping & refunds for timelines, cancellations, and refunds at each payment step.
Two different things, on the same Shopify Checkout
RisenGem’s own structure
Deposit + balance
Two Shopify Checkouts: a deposit when you place the order, and the balance after we confirm production with you. Always present for RisenGem orders. No interest, no lender, no credit check.
- Step 1: deposit at order
- Step 4: balance after production confirmation
- Refund rules per stage on Orders, shipping & refunds
Lender-side, optional
Third-party installment plans
On the deposit checkout or the balance checkout, you may also see options like Affirm to spread that one Shopify Checkout amount over months. Offered and approved by the lender, not by RisenGem. Independent of RisenGem’s deposit + balance structure.
- Per Shopify Checkout (deposit OR balance)
- Eligibility, APR, schedule set by the lender
- Refund mechanics follow the lender’s rules
Pay over time (third-party)
On either Shopify Checkout (deposit or balance) you may see options to pay in installments through third-party providers such as Affirm. Eligibility, APR, and reschedule rules are set by the provider for that one Shopify Checkout—they do not change RisenGem’s deposit + balance structure. We do not store your payment plan details.
- Subject to credit approval. Terms and eligibility at checkout.
