Guided shipping from Client Care
There is no separate retail welcome kit product. You start the guided order; after the deposit clears at the first Shopify Checkout, Client Care emails tracked, insured instructions for ashes or fur. RisenGem orders are paid in two Shopify Checkout steps (deposit at order, balance after we confirm production with you). From completed deposit to insured delivery, most orders take about 10–12 weeks.
